dc.description.abstractJoel Montague ’60 is a retired public health officer who has worked abroad in many countries, including French Indochina. He represented John Snow Research and Training in Phnom Penh from 1991-1996, and had numerous consulting assignments with The World Bank, UNFPA, WHO, and local nonprofit organizations in Cambodia. He is the former Board Chairman of PFD-Cambodia, a Khmer nonprofit organization which worked on malaria education in the Cambodian school system.en_US
