Candid photograph of students gathered around a occupied bus, possibly by the jazz band, during the "Great Riot."
Description
The Great Riot ocurred on the eve of the Hopins/MD lacrosse game. The riot began during a pep rally when a bus carrying a jazz band took a tour around the bowl at Charles Street. This image was collected by Mame Warren for her book Johns Hopkins Knowledge for the World, but was not used
