Abstract
How do you reach an online population to get insight when you don’t have opportunities to communicate with your users in person? Assessing library services at a distance holds unique challenges in gathering data needed for making informed decisions. Learn about gleaning more qualitative data than can be pulled from an online survey by using virtual focus groups. Discover lessons learned about the process, from setting up the groups to analyzing the results.
